- the product was not delivered: for any reason related to sending the product by e-mail or server work, you did not receive the letter with the product. For this, it is necessary to apply in writing within no more than 14 days from the moment of placing the order. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded;
- product download problems: corrupted archive. If you have problems downloading and unzipping the products, please contact our Technical Support Service within 3 days. Otherwise, we will assume that the product download was successful;
- the description of the product differs from that given on the website: the return of the product for this reason is decided separately in each case. Before purchasing, you need to review the information about the source files included in the package, as well as about the software.

The maximum response time to requests for buyers who placed an order with the "installation by technical support specialists" option is 16 hours, and for buyers with the "do it yourself" option in the order and users who downloaded free add-ons - 48 hours. Issues of product return are considered within 2 weeks after the purchase. The price of the product will be returned to your account after signing the agreement on non-use of the product/elements of the product. Upon entering into a mutual agreement, we may exchange the product you purchased for another product equivalent in value and functionality.
