The fix uses ocmod to automatically apply changes without additional settings after installation. This is especially useful if you want to preserve the link structure of an old site or reduce the dependency of category URLs on their parent categories. For example, if the category structure changes in the future, shortened URLs will help avoid redirect problems and ensure link stability.
The main function of the module is to convert category URLs to single-level URLs. Breadcrumbs on category pages will still show the full path with all parent categories, but the URL will be shortened to one level.
