Using the 1ClickPriceUpdate module , the store administrator has the ability to quickly change the basic prices of products, current promotional prices, or both of these prices at once for a selected product category or in the entire store at once. The presence of filters by product receipt date, product change date, manufacturer or price range provides acceptable flexibility and ease of use. Optimized work when there is a large number of products (>20,000) and a small amount of memory (128 MB) allocated for PHP.
The percentage sign is supported, allowing you to change prices by a percentage value. Both positive and negative values are supported. It is possible to round off newly calculated prices.

Features of the 1ClickPriceUpdate module

1. Ability to select prices that need to be changed. Three options are available: regular prices of goods, promotional prices of goods, or both types at once;
2. The module provides fast and relatively flexible price changes for goods from the selected category;
3. Within the selected category, to ensure a more accurate selection, four filters are provided: by date of receipt of goods, by date of change of goods, by manufacturer and by price range;
4. Percentage change is supported by adding a % sign at the end of the price, for example, 20%;
5. Negative values are supported, for example -30%;
6. It is possible to round the newly calculated prices to the nearest multiples of 10, 50 or 100. Kopecks are not taken into account and are discarded in all cases.

Price changes

1. Go to the module settings, select a product category, specify the price value by which prices in the selected category will be changed, if necessary, select the type of prices that should be affected, the rounding option for new prices and click the “Save” button.
2. For more flexible use of the module, there are four filters by product. Thus, the list of affected products may be limited not only by category, but also by the date the product was received, the date of change, the manufacturer and the price range.

Installation

Installing the 1ClickPriceUpdate module on OpenCart versions 2.x
1. Install 1clickpriceupdate.ocmod.xml from the 1ClickPriceUpdate archive. To do this, go to the menu "Modules" -> "Install extensions". Click on the "Download" button, in the dialog window that opens, select the file 1clickpriceupdate.ocmod.xml and click "Open". Go to the "Modules" -> "Modifiers" menu, make sure that the modifier appears in the list and click on the "Update" button in the upper right corner.
2. Copy the contents of the /upload directory from the 1ClickPriceUpdate archive to the root of the directory with OpenCart installed;
3. Go to the administrative panel, select “Extensions” -> “Modules” from the menu, find the 1ClickPriceUpdate module in the list and click the “Install” button;

Installing the 1ClickPriceUpdate module on OpenCart versions 3.x :
1. Go to the menu "Modules/Extensions" -> "Install extensions". Click on the "Download" button, in the dialog window that opens, select the file 1clickpriceupdate-3.0.2.x-3.0.1.ocmod.zip and click "Open". Go to the menu "Modules/Extensions" -> "Modifiers" and click on the "Update" button in the upper right corner.

WARNING AND DISCLAIMER : Before installing the 1ClickPriceUpdate module, be sure to back up your database! If something goes wrong, then having backup copies, you can quickly resume your store's work! The module has been tested many times, but no one is immune from errors!

Instructions for installing the module:

Before performing any actions related to the installation of the add-on in Opencart, we recommend creating a backup copy of all site files and store database;
Install the localcopy fix (if you haven't installed it yet)
Download the module file for the desired version of Opencart from our site (Follow the installation instructions if there is one in the archive with the module);
Then go to the "Installing applications/extensions" section and click on the "Download" button;
Select the downloaded file and wait for the complete installation of the module and the appearance of the text "Application successfully installed";
After that, go to the "Application Manager" and update the modifiers by pressing the "Update" button;
Before these actions, you need to add rights to view and manage the module in the "User groups" section for the administrator, or other users of your choice, by clicking "Select all"
